الوصف الوظيفي 2. Prepare technical submittal for the clients based on the specifications provided. 3. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints. 4. To source a minimum of 5 to 6 NEW customers monthly / quarterly 5. To improve the profitability and market share of the Company’s business. 6. Prepare Daily Sales Visit Report, with your comments and market information for the perusal of the management 7. Coordinate the sales effort with the accounting, logistics and warehouse departments 8. Provide the management with written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities / market intelligence, and potential for new products and services 9. Develop clear and effective online quotations for customers. 10. Maintain a proper record for quotation and follow up on a regular basis. Also follow up Local Purchase Order wherever applicable 11. Maintain “Lost Order Report” – with full details of the Lost reason and submit to the management 12. Support to Accounts Receivables Department to collect Customer’s Overdue Payments within the shortest period 13. Maintain proper discipline and keep the image of the company high 14.
