Conduct Market and Customer Research.
Discovers and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Map the market, customers, influencers, and specifiers and developing a plan for growth.
Drive product awareness and specification at potential customers, and influencers/specifiers.
foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
understand the needs of customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these.
carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
المهارات
BA in business administration or a related field.
7-10 years of Experience in construction industry with a proven track record.
7 -10 years of sales experience.
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
Written and verbal communication skills
Decision-making skills
Project management and organizational skills
Familiar with Saudi market.
Great connections with sub-contractors working.
Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them
