الوصف الوظيفي · Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume for assigned customers. · Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature. · Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory presentation. · Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, … etc. · Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. · Resolves customer complaints by coordination with Quality department for investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. · Maintains professional and technical knowledge about company capabilities by attending internal training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; ….etc. · Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. · Handles credit collection; consults Sales Supervisor on any difficulty · Obtains and provides to Sales Supervisor pertinent data on market’s latest trends, changes and latest developments including competitors’ activities · Consults Sales Administrator / Coordinator on status of inquiries, orders, complaints and material return requests · Generally, administers sales or customer accounts in the assigned territory with full adherence to company’s set objectives, targets, KPIs and sales programs المهارات - Relevant experience in the field of sales and marketing particularly in the Aluminum extrusion industry - Computer literacy - Fluency in both oral and written English تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-representative-4467863/ |
