الوصف الوظيفي · Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales. · Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume in the area. · Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual area summaries and reports. · Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, … etc. · Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. · Resolves customer complaints by coordinating with Quality SV for investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. · Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending internal training / workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. · Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. · Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. · Assists the Local Sales Manager in monitoring market’s latest trends, changes and latest developments in the assigned territory · Provides relevant data for departmental budgetary requirements covering all local territories · Directly supervises and provides necessary training to his sales team (e.g. sales representative, sales administrators) ensuring proper adherence of department’s approved sales procedures including ISO practices and in achieving sales and dispatch targets · Personally, handles important customers as well as a number of other active customers in the assigned territory · Ensures that customers’ inquiries and orders are promptly attended and processed · Ensures that all other commercial aspects of customer relationship are handled satisfactorily including complaints, collection and payments المهارات Engineering (preferably Mechanical discipline) or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration / industrial Management تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-supervisor-4467870/ |
