HR Compensation specialist :
Develop and maintain the strategies, processes and framework necessary to deliver a robust and an effective compensation and benefits system that maximizes Individual and Company’s ( NADA) performance ; attracts, develops and retains the talent required to achieve organizational objective, grow volume and market share. • Lead the implementation and management of Compensation and Benefits (C&B;) Programs for NADA to ensure that employees receive fair and equitable treatment under the compensation programs. • Effective administration of ERP system • Will be responsible to set up the C & B function for the Company. Minimum: Graduate – preferably MBA with 5 years in HR of which at least 3 years in a management role in Compensation & Benef
