Qualification :- Bachelor’s Degree in medical science, Master in Medical Education’ and three years or more of experience developing and conducting training needs assessment and training programs for a large number of employees/students, involving employee training, staff development, adult education or corporate education. Has train the trainer certificate from a recognizable institute or academic agency.
