A vacancy exists for a Financial Manager: Capital Investments, Planning & Forecasting based in Selby, reporting to the Head of Controlling: Capital Investments, Planning and Forecasting. The purpose of this job is to manage and control financial data at a corporate level.
Managing and controlling capital investments, including capital project evaluation, validation, development of Business Cases and obtaining approvals by the Capital Investment Committee.
Managing and controlling financial data and reporting at corporate level.
The successful incumbent will be in possession of a Hons Degree with Management Accounting essential.
Preference will be given to a candidate with a CA (SA) or CMA qualification .
A minimum of 12 years management accounting & reporting experience in a manufacturing environment as well as experience in strategic planning is required.
Knowledge of SAP, R3 and Business Warehouse is essential with TMI and Afrox experience an advantage.
The position is best suited to an individual who is results orientated, has analytical & problem solving abilities, takes the initiative & meets tight deadlines
