You should posses a bachelor Degree in (Civil) with total 15 Years of Experience including 10 years in Infrastructure Projects and at least 3 years work experience in Saudi. Planned residential communities; Consisting of all underground utilities systems, such as potable water, electric, sewer, storm water, irrigation, low voltage communications. Above & below ground work consisting of subgrade, final grade, roadwork, landscape & landscape.
• Middle East experience (prefer Saudi Market)
• Detail oriented
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure
• Strong safety background
• Strong management skills
• Site supervision & consulting experience
• Has managed large teams
• Strong in all construction disciplines with the knowledge of “HOW TO’
• Strong knowledge of cost management
• Strong construction coordination knowledge
• Candidate immediately available with transferable iqama are preferred
