2. Test and inspect dry ice manufacturing equipment and engineered systems in our shop following assembly:
3. Complete equipment upgrades in our shop and at customer sites in the field
4. Oversee installation start-ups in the field
5. Provide training to customers
6. Coordinate scheduling of service jobs with the team of Technicians
7. Ensure that safety and quality standards are met
8. Work with team to create quotes and work orders on customer
