Job Description:

The company:
Our client is one of America’s leading consultant companies with over 25 years of experience in providing professional and technical services positioned to design, build, finance and operate infrastructure assets around the world.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Responsible for managing the activities of the whole Thuwal Corniche area.
Ensure Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Policies are being followed.
Oversee the protection of KAUST assets.
Provide new strategies to improve the operations and performance to attract investors to expand business.
Provides supervision day to day activities and overall administration of contractors executing task onsite within KAUST property.
Monitor team performance to ensure satisfactory and necessary service is provided safely and professionally at all time.
Collaborate with F&C;financial unit to organize all Thuwal Corniche revenue matters in regards to processing/ following up in invoices, leasing of rental outlets, boats mooring contract and others as directed by KAUST management.
Ensure proper usage of KAUST Waters and recreation activities.
Coordinate with Fishermen community and private boat owners in terms of distribution of boat docking, including finalizing of contract agreements.
Coordinate with Fishermen community to ensure implementation of rules and regulation to safe guard KAUST assets. And to enforce penalty to violators.
Work closely with all the approved Thuwal Cornish Investors to facilitate them in existing services lines identification and as built drawings as per Government relation’s guidelines.
Monitor and ensure proper operation, safety, and proper hygiene of all support facilities of the National Guard and Coast Guards services.
Coordinate with Government Relations according to the approved MATRIX and all related communication issues.
Make recommendations to improve F&C;responsive party overseeing the Thuwal Corniche areas.
Ensure all operational deliverables by the service providers are delivered in acceptable time manner.
Assist in the long term planning and implementation of support services strategies related to Thuwal Corniche.
Conduct audits and Ensure services delivery of KAUST appointed service providers for: Horticulture, Janitorial, Pest control and waste management & City cleaning are up to standards.
Coordinate with Health, Safety & Environment for issues observed that expose risk to tenants or facility users.
Report to Government Relations all abandon vehicles, (Car, motorbikes, boats and flatbeds) or illegal ad unauthorized usage of parking spaces.
Coordinate and Conduct periodic facilities inspection involving all concerned organization.
Liaise with potential investors that are interested lease vacant retail spaces within Thuwal Corniche facilities.
Coordinate with local community in Thuwal in regards of preparation of any activities during all public holidays (Eid AL Fitr, Eid Al-Adha & Saudi National Day) and other activities.
Perform other duties as required.
Ensures the Equipment & Furnishings of all the assigned facilities are in proper condition.
Ensure that all services carried out are in compliance with relevant statutory and mandatory requirements and to a standard aligned with customer expectations.

Competencies:
Excellent command of oral and written English.
Experience with graphic design software.
Experience designing and running community based marketing campaigns
Creative, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial with high level of energy and initiative
High degree of flexibility, adaptability and ability to respond to emerging opportunities in a constantly changing environment
Well organized and detail oriented advanced knowledge of MS and other relevant software
Flexible and delivers high-quality results within deadlines
Ability to work across business functions and with diverse work group; foster a cooperative work environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

experience:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in field operation in related industry.
Maturity, effective interpersonal relations, competence gained by on-the-job training and broad experience are considered more important than formal qualification.
