:Requirements
Study RFPs to identify the client’s requirements and respond accordingly-

Write detailed technical proposals that meet customers’ requirements-

Quality of service and ISO Audit, supervise on the documents Archive-

Responsible for send emails and negotiation with suppliers for a quotations and follow-up with the Procurement Section

Maintain a communication channel with customers-

Maintain proper documentation for all work done-

Cost analysis and risk study for the new projects where all the risk points must be highlighted during the planning phase and solutions to overcome these risks must be prepared

Make sure that all the customer satisfaction ******s are completed by our clients
