Responsible for providing leadership and managing sales and business development.
1. Develop overall selling plan / positioning / pricing / strategy for all clusters to achieve overall sales and business development objectives.
2. Direct and ensure the effective achievement of Sales objectives through setting departmental and individual objectives, managing performance, motivating staff, recruiting staff and providing formal and informal feedback, and appraisal in
order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance.
3. Review and approve budgets and business targets and ensure compliance and achievement of the same.
4. Reviews and approve new market entry strategy as well as risk strategy based on country legislation / competitors and market intelligence.
5. Ensure that all reports related to sales and business development are prepared accurately and timely for senior management / Leadership level.
6. Responsible for the execution and implementation of the sales plan and
maximizing the profit of sales.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Sales or other related discipline
10 - 12+ years of experience in which 7 years specialized with Industrial, Management Consultancy Services.
