Implement & Follow up the site work with architects, supervisors, construction managers, subcontractors, planners and surveyors as per drawing to completing the target in specified time, provide advice and expertise on all Architect engineering aspects of the company’s operations.
Check the two week look ahead schedule and monthly look ahead schedule to achieve the target given by the planning engineer.
Monitoring & controlling of wastage material to keep the project material in correct usage and avoid the high cost.
Organize internal progress meetings with P.M, C.M & all the construction team members to view the last result in the project.
Conduct Client progress meetings with the PM, CM and all the civil, electrical, mechanical, architect superintendent to update the client comments and discuss the operational working that already finish.
المهارات
BSc. Architect Engineering.
Construction Experience in the field of civil structure engineering works.
3+ years Experience.
Analytical thinking.
Detailed Oriented.
Mastering AUTOCAD.
Primavera/MS Project.
Other related software in Civil & Construction work.
Fluent in English
MS Office
