Administer, control and continuously improve IBN SINA communication systems, tools and activities including Ibn Sina Website, SPS portal, ECM, Outlook, outdoor and indoor LED screens. • Administer, control and contentiously improve IBN SINA communication Systems, channels, assets, tools and activities including procedures, policies, reporting, evaluation and solutions implementation. • Support communication announcement of the company events and activities through available communication tools. • Enhance internal communication level through conducting awareness sessions for users in utilizing available communication tools and systems features effectively. • Administer communication systems, tools and activities including but not limited to Website, (SPS) Portal, ECM, Outlook, outdoor and indoor LED screens and authorization control. • Improve and activate IBNSINA website through attractive designing, new ideas and continuous development and Updating.
المهارات
Excellent skills on flash and photo shop. • Web designed and interacts with web designs. Other Requirements Med requirements: Share point acceptable knowledge. Expert requirements: web designing & public speech. Capability to design and publishing web pages, power point, Photoshop editing, dream wave and Flash.
