Analyze the quality control work to verify compliance of work output and identify an area of non-conformance tospecifications, standards, and conditions specified in contracts.
Implement Inspection and test plan preparation and train new quality engineers before releasing them to sites toachieve the Quality Objectives.
Analyze all procedures to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Participate in regular internal audit to recommend the changes to make the procedures more flexible forimplementation at projects.
Check the quality control procedures to be sure that all procedures match with certification standard.
Monitor all documentation needed for the annual external IMS audit to the company to keep it match with
certifications standard.Prepare quality monthly reports to keep management updated with the progress status of the department.
المهارات
BSc. degree Engineering or equivalent
Aramco Approved is a must
10 years of construction quality Within the construction industry, +(3) years as a quality manager
ISO Certificates
Communication skills.
Negotiating.
Supervisory and leadership.
Teamwork.
Analytical thinking.
Fluent in English.
Professional Skills Detailed Oriented.
