Operator I-Granulation -
Responsibilities
Carries out all activities in accordance with company Safety procedures and ensuring that all Precautions are taken to isolate the equipment’s prior to commencing work. Proper LOTO and safety permits are carried out. Identify all unsafe acts and conditions and report same and Take actions to mitigate the same Monitor Plant Equipment’s safe operations (Like Agitators, Pumps, Fans, Pipe and Preneutralizer and Vessels) and appropriate actions as per the standard Operating procedures Carries out Periodic visual Inspection/Follow supervisor’s instruction/Report any operations or safety abnormalities to ensure safe smooth continuous trouble free operations. Has DCS Operating Experience in DAP/Granulation Plant Carry out Housekeeping in the area. Take periodic samples and carry out defined analysis for plant operations. Should be having skill to carry out minimal trouble shooting related with DAP/Granulation operations in the assigned areas Make suggestions for the improvements of the Plant operations and procedures. Carry out preventive routine inspections
Experience & Qualifications
8 to 10 Years of relevant experience in DAP Operations.
Diploma in Chemical Preferred
Work Locations : RAS AZ ZAWR
