Duties
* Coordinate Karaz linen store team.
* Manage the administrative operation of Karaz linen store.
* Strive for excellence in service.
* Recruit, select and train Karaz linen store team.
* Monitor teams in the service and Karaz linen customer enchantment process.
* Participate in events organized by Karaz linen training department.
* Monitor and help the team meet goals.
* Monitor and help the team in individual behavioral attitude.
* Encourage the team to gain knowledge related to the fashion market.
* Devise motivational strategies.
* Training the store Staff
Obligations
* Follow Karaz linen System and Implements it in all Karaz linen stores.
* Inform the Management immediately with all stores updates
* All Karaz linen Systems shouldn’t be passed on to any third party or copied.
Responsibilities
* Monitor and provide guidance to all your team in the development of the functions and duties at Karaz linen store;
* Recruit, select and train new collaborators, in addition to offering refreshment training courses for the regular employees (according to guidance parameters offered by the training department).
* Recommend the replacement of collaborators who are not performing their functions and responsibilities well;
* Request maintenance/repair, when necessary, of machines, furniture and equipment of Karaz linen store;
* Request, as necessary, marketing materials, such as bags (the store should never run out of them) for Karaz linen store;
* Make sure the procedures are accurately followed when opening or closing Karaz linen store;
* Make sure that the operations of opening and closing the checkout cashier as well as the activity of sending of data documents to the factory are carried out accurately;
* Settle every administrative issue arising internally or externally by following the rules predefined by the Franchiser
* Know and have contact with Karaz linen store customers;
* Be aware of the competition of Karaz linen brand | store (products, prices, customers, training);
* Ensure that all services provided to Karaz linen customer bear the highest possible excellence level, such as: service; atmosphere; packaging; cleanliness and store organization; promptness and effectiveness in the sales recording operation, repairs and after sales.
* Solve, on a timely basis, any unpleasant situation involving a Karaz linen customer;
* Provide feedbacks on the products to Karaz linen product manager
Assignments
* Monitor the team in all sales stages
* Achieve the sales target
* Follow the MMSP & 3P’s
* Perform and coordinate the internal arrangements at Karaz linen store and its inventory as well as the set up of the store windows, according to the guidelines established in the Visual Book provided by the development department.
* Makes daily sales report to the Area Supervisor about the store.
المهارات
* 4-6 years experience in the same field
* Basic notions of cash flow.
* Basic notions of store management | targets | prizes/awards.
* Basic notions of team leadership.
