- IBM WS Admin:
Responsible for installation, administering, deployment, supporting and operation and automated provisioning of all web sphere portal instances. Experience in a DevOps environment is preferred.

- IBM WS Developers:
The portal developer will be responsible for developing and testing services and portal functionality.

- Senior IBM WS Portal developers:
responsible for developing and testing services and portal functionality. Also will lead and govern the portal developers.

- Integration Data power Expert:
Responsible for the Integration layer and middleware component. This Data power role will be responsible for administering, supporting and operation of all IBM Data Power instances and also be responsible for deployments

- Solutions Architect with Solr Search expertise:
bridges the gap between business problems and technology solutions. Describes the stricture, characteristics, behavior, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders and delivers high level design.

- IBM WCM Specialist (Can be bundled with WS Portal Developer):
Responsible for developing and testing services and portal functionality. Managing authoring servers. In charge of content
