Supervisor – Anti-Corrosion

Purpose of the Position:

To supervise a team of rubber liners to ensure that they complete the good quality of anti-corrosion activity in the stipulated time and proper handover to the customer

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of rubber liners/ brick liners to ensure that they carry out their work effectively and safely.
• Should be self-driven and highly motivated and responsible for job allocation, arrangement of material, effective execution and supervision of the daily operations plan and will be responsible for manpower planning at the site.
• To lead the execution of the operations at site and ensure necessary competence of personnel in the department and complete the field jobs in safe and timely manner, resource utilization report in discussion with the Operations Manager/ Business Manager/General Manager and also coordinate with the safety department at site and customer for smooth operations and handover.
• Execute shift job plan by using proper resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Skilled in relationship management and communication with excellent analytical and leadership ability.
• Strong skills in reviewing the tasks assigned to him and his team, appraising superiors, timely auditing, and site inspection.
• Proficient on developing metrics to improve all area of anti-corrosion.
