Site In charge

Purpose of the Position:

To supervise the blasting and coating team and to ensure that they complete the good quality of blasting and coating activity in the stipulated time and proper handover to the customer.

Main Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be self-driven and highly motivated. He will be responsible for managing the site independently for rubber lining, coating, blasting, refractories acid, and proofing and plant shutdowns in the mentioned services.
• He should be adopt at developing project plans, overseeing implementation & completing field jobs in safe and in timely manner.
• He shall be fully responsible for client satisfaction, all aspects of site management including BOQ evaluation, estimating and invoicing of the job.
• Should have good command on English communication – verbal and written, MS office, Scheduling and Planning.
• Skilled in relationship management and communication with excellent analytical and leadership ability.
• Strong skills in reviewing the tasks assigned to the team, appraising superiors, timely auditing, and site inspection and handover to client
