Deliver the Refractory BU sales targets in assigned business sectors. Sell refractory and other products traded by the Refractory BU.
Main Responsibilities:
• Become proficient with the Refractory BU’s Product and Service offerings. Gain familiarity with BFIM’s operations and product/service line
• Establish and deliver on sales targets for individual business sectors
• Plan Client visits (weekly, monthly) and carryout regular follow ups for enquiries
• Arrange for offers from Principals and others
• Perform relevant cost calculations
• Prepare and submit Bids within the Client specified bid window
• Prepare loss Bid Analysis report
• Attend Techno Commercial negotiations for each Bid
• Follow up with Client on offers submitted for changes to
requirements
• Prepare Monthly Sales report and conversion analysis
• Confirm to customer by acknowledgment of order
• Generate Purchase Requests on timely basis
• Ensure delivery of products to the Client as per terms of Purchase Order. Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics
• Manage receivables as per payment terms in the Contract
• Undertake any other responsibility assigned
