Lead the Quality team and the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality procedures. Ensure quality compliance (ISO 9001 quality standards)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Fully implement QMS and all quality standards at the Project site
2. Prepare the Project Quality Documents (PQP, MAR, ITP) and obtain Client approval as part of the project initiation process. Review the Method of Statement
3. Complete the Manpower and Material prequalification process
4. Responsible for material sample testing at Third Party Laboratory
5. Raise ‘Technical Query’ with the Client (as required)
6. Lead the QC Supervisor team
7. Ensure prompt completion of RFIs
8. Resolve QC related issues at the job site
9. Identify Quality improvement opportunities at the job site and initiate improvement programs
10. Investigate the NCR and initiate corrective action to prevent re-occurrence
11. Carry out annual internal quality audit
12. Identify Quality Instrument needs for the Project and prepare specifications for purchase
13. Ensure quality instruments at Project site are calibrated
14. Attend Client meetings to promptly address Quality issues
15. Undertake any other quality related responsibility assigned
