الوصف الوظيفي Delivers high quality emergency medical Takes medical history, examines patients, orders appropriate diagnostic studies, and initiates Interprets obtained data, makes a diagnosis and recommends I orders treatment, medication and referral, obtains consultation when necessary, and provides complete documentation. Administers lifesaving and immediate treatment as dictated by patient’s diagnosis and condition. Performs emergency treatment on in-patients as needed, such as in response to cardiopulmonary arrest (“Code Blue“). Responds to emergency requests for medical aid as consistent with policy. Respects the confidentiality of all medical information. Acts as Chief of ER, or in other roles as required, as Participates in Division Quality Improvement and Disaster Preparedness act Gives advice in matters related to emergency medicine to physicians and other health care professionals who may consult him/her.
