الوصف الوظيفي
· Ensure consistency of plans with best practices.
· Contribute in identifying and recruitment of key talents for the company. Also covers compensation, career development, performance measure, trainings and personnel affairs, to help the staff achieve their full potential to deliver consistently high performance and standards.
· Oversee the development of annual HR workforce plan, recruitment requirements and succession plan. (Define the Company’s long-term staffing needs through discussing the personnel needs with department managers and prepares personnel forecasts to plan employment needs.)
· Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, employee’s evaluation & provide regular feedback on performance to the Management.
· Oversee the administration of government related work such as a government licenses, permits passes, and official documents to support company’s operations.
· Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems processes and practices, improvement of business processes flow, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
· Support in monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures.
· Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow.
· Manages the human resources budget preparation for the Company, and reviews human resources plans.
· Overseeing the human resources department in working with outside employment agencies to fill vacant positions whenever necessary.
· Ensures that the Company’s overall human resources policies, rules, regulations and procedures comply with Saudi Labor Law.
المهارات
· At least 5 years managerial experience in setting the foundation for the strategic direction of the HR Department by setting, developing and overseeing the implementation of strategies, guidelines and policies in line with Company’s direction and goals.
· Applicant must have at least Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Behavior Management or any Management course.
· Must be computer literate with good understanding of MS Office and willing to explore new software to improve the workflow.
· Applicants must possess a solid analytical skills, and effective oral and written communication skills, both Arabic & English.
· Exceptional leadership, time, task, and resource management skills.
· Has a strong foundation and vast understanding of Saudi Labor Law and other related rulings.
