الوصف الوظيفي Make use of negotiation skills to meet with suppliers and vendors, work out the procurement needs of the company and will oversee the process of evaluating suppliers, negotiating agreements and managing supplier and vendor contracts. Adherence to the company and department policies, processes and procedures. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports. And ensure that purchasing policy, guidelines and any associated documents are in place and updated when required. المهارات Possess knowledge and understanding of Oracle or SAP. Applicants must possess a solid analytical skills, and effective oral and written communication skills, both Arabic & English. He must have practiced procurement through - RFQ, quotation analysis, evaluation, negotiations and discussions, - awarding- and follow up skills. Knowledge of purchasing methods, competitive bidding practices, volume buying, contracts, and procedures and all underlying principles is an edge.
