Technical Officer

Academic and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- HR Certifications such as Competency-Based Interviews and Job Analysis

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Engineering background with minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within Oil & Gas Industry.
- Familiar with the Technical needs of oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizers or related industry and Quality Inspection services.
- Good Interviewing and communication skills.
- Should be capable to conduct initial interviews & evaluate the Technical Specialist according to the Project Requisition to our client in General Quality Inspection Services
- Experienced using Job Portals, Placement Consultants, Employee Referrals, Networking and by using the existing database.
- Experienced in vetting the Technical Specialist and short listing profiles that meet the qualifications required against particular Project Requisition to our client.
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Office)
