Business Development Manager

Job purpose:
We are looking for Business Development Manager for and from Operation and maintenance industry, experienced in sales of industrial services (not the product sales).
To identify sales leads, pitch services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts.
To Follow up and explore new business opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Developing new clients, growth strategies and plans for developing business, selling industrial services.
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base for selling industrial services.
• Keeping an in-depth knowledge of Industrial services and value propositions.
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements,
• Time management and planning skills.
