Establish sales objectives through projecting expected sales volume and profits for existing and new projects with its products.
Hire and train all sales positions and support them in achieving and exceeding their targets
Meet or exceed the sales target by selling and ensuring the successful installation and sign-off of our solutions.
Leading the networking team of BTgroup in the region to get the best solution that meet customer requirements.
Define tasks for each team member and follow up the team Performance.
Responsible for the timely submission and quality of all proposals.
Coordinate the activities of location pre-sales Networking resources in cooperation with vendor resources.
Keep abreast of all technologies and solutions from the major vendors.
Coordinate and manage technical resources to build and propose solutions.
المهارات
Strong communication with (Sales Director) – daily updates on all relevant business activities and requirements
More than 10 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, customer service and support, management, business development, negotiation and budget control, administration, personnel supervision with proven business judgment with strong focus on improving team and organization performance
