General Manager - Factory

الوصف الوظيفي
• Manage all strategic and operational aspects of the business and execute growth
• Successful collaboration with all stakeholders; act as the local Site Manager
• Develop market intelligence, identify new business opportunities, set ambitious targets, and expand market share while
tracking performance in line with global objectives
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure premium-quality products, services, and processes, in addition to
monitoring quality metrics and supervising optimization measures
• Draw on demonstrable leadership and change management skills to improve productivity by implementing lean
enterprise approach at an operational and administrative level
• Drive Pre-Qualification for Customers in the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council)
• Development of local organization
المهارات
Transmission & Distribution market knowledge in Saudi Arabia and GCC would be an advantage. Entrepreneurial
thinking, excellent analytical and strategic abilities, complemented by strong leadership skills, vision, and integrity.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral is required with fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
