Candidate must have previous experience in:
Prepare shop drawing and coordination drawings of all (Civil, structural and architectural).
Prepare technical studies, variations, Qty take-offs, invoice reports,....etc.
Worked in 1st, grade Contracting Companies.
Familiar with private sector projects, such as high rise buildings, 4-5 star Hotels, Luxury Compounds, Shopping Malls, Hospitals, Palaces, Office buildings,...etc.
Special Experience: Candidates having extra previous experience and background as Rivit, PMO, detailing, design engineer, value engineering, ..etc. ar preferred.
المهارات
5-10 years of experience.
GCC experience is a must with Min. 2 Years in KSA
Must be familiar with and having Excellent command of all related programs and software.
Arabic, English fluent read/write.
Having a valid driving license is preferable.
