Monitor interaction of service advisors with customers In order to secure that company procedures and standards are followed.
Monitor and control of conversion ratio aimed to achieve target value.
Assessment of service advisors and receptionists performance on regular basis.
Train and coach front office staff (both, inception and improvement training).
Coordinate, organize, review and monitor the workflow between front office and Mechanics workshop & Body and Paint Shop in order to create best channels to efficiently communicate and work with body shop, service and spare parts area.
Reviewing production figures on regular basis and develop related customers’ conversion, satisfaction, retention, etc.
Monitor and control of pending for approval estimations in order to secure a low ratio and short lapse times. Follow up with team and insurance companies.
Design, propose and develop advanced customer handling procedures and technology such as pre-appointment, CRM apps, etc. To ensure better quality of time with customers.
Coordinate the contacts with customers through Customer Service department type, purpose, frequency and quality of contacts with customers..
Coordinate and review with marketing on the development and maintenance of an attractive sales centric environment (e.g. roll-out posters, brochures, TV ads, others.
Listen to customers and understand their requirements to proceed accordingly.
Check documentation required to proceed.
Check car damages.
Explain to customer next steps.
Carry out assessment of damages.
Request parts cost to the spare parts area.
Inspect car for non-claim related damages or mechanical damages.
Open job card.
Request customer to sign job card for repair.
Send estimation to insurance company for approval.
Follow up with insurance surveyors.
Close negotiation of estimations with insurance surveyors.
Inform the customer about insurance approval, conditions and schedule appointment for signing start of repair and request parts in his name.
Inform the customer about insurance approval and schedule appointment for collection of car repaired
Communicate to customer’s damage assessment, repair duration and cost
المهارات
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
5-7 years of experience in the estimating/body shop & mechanics/automotive field..
Knowledge of automotive technologies and procedures on mechanic and collision repair.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under high-pressure, handling high volumes.
Negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Decision making person and ability to quickly solve problems.
