Facilities Management Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Facilities Management Manager is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the Company. He ensures that an organization has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Utilities such as water (industrial & portable), electricity, chilled water, compressed air, nitrogen, etc. to manufacturing plants and support facilities.
- Delivery of Maintenance services to Utility installations as well as client plants process machinery, plant buildings, site infrastructure, site landscape and site sub-structure including the supply of necessary spare parts and technical and labor staff.
- Delivery of Housing services to all employees operating at the complex with an in-resident status including housekeeping, food, laundry and recreation facilities.
- Securing the complex and delivering security services to all client plants including monitoring, access control, grounds patrol, and civil defense services as well as environmental health and safety services at large.
- Delivering municipal services such as solid waste collection, sewage treatment, cleaning of public roads and public areas.
- Delivering Administration services and Government relation representation to all client companies on the complex.
- Delivering logistics services as well as public transport services to client companies, their staff, and their visitors.
- Delivering ICT services to all client companies on the complex.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent Experience:
5-10 years in a similar role Core competencies:
- Strong leadership, analytical and decision-making skills, strong team-building, and advanced coaching skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, maintenance, and inventory
- Experience of competency-based interviewing and recruitment practices
