Main Purpose of the Job
Responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.
Key Outputs and Measurements
Optimsed supplier base delivering according to overall strategy and in line with performance expectations and set KPI´s
Key Relationships
Responsible for external preferred/base suppliers. Central/global counter parts within SuM. Local business stakeholders. Legal and finance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive sourcing and contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
2. Drives compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts and best practices.
3. Participates in target followup and corrective action
4. Ensures correct usage of relevant tools
5. Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
6. Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site
المهارات
Critical Experience
Preferably global or international experience, 2+ years in sourcing contracting and supplier base management
Minimum Education
Univerity Bachelor or equivalent
