We are looking for Head of Interface – Infrastructures for Saudi Arabia Job Purpose : •Identify, develop and steward closure of Project Interfaces (Internal and External) for North Field Expansion (NFE) Onshore Project Infrastructure development of all EPC Contractors (Initial accommodations, Quick Camps, NFE Camps, Camp Utilities, Wastewater treatment Package, TCF areas, potentially additional TCF areas and other supporting infrastructures, if any), prior to and after award of EPC Contracts with the Infrastructure team, PMT disciplines, the EPC Contractors and the external parties. •Provides overall guidance and leadership with respect to Infrastructures interfaces between NFE Onshore Project and QP, RLC, other QG Projects or 3rd parties. •Coordinates all external Project Interfaces with RLC, Kahramaa, Ooredoo, etc. Key Accountabilities: •Promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistent communication with other organizations (internal & external) with respect to transferring interface information. Provides a single point of contact for information development and transfer between the NFE Onshore Infrastructure Team and the external interfacing organizations. •Establish a system for the NFE Onshore Infrastructure Team to coordinate its activities for effectively managing and organizing physical interfaces per principles and requirements of QGPMS. Interface with various project teams and departments on resolving related issues that requires effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to induce collaboration. •Assure interfaces between the Project and the external interfacing organizations are defined, developed and documented in a timely manner consistent with project needs and generates regular reports on the status of issues. Work closely with external organizations including QP, RLIC, Barzan, Ooredoo, Kahramaa and all other emerging projects. •Keep the NFE Interface Manager and Site Manager Infrastructures informed of interface matters that could potentially jeopardize Project Objectives. •Schedule and lead regular interface meetings, issue minutes of meetings and steward close out of action items with interfacing organizations on a frequent basis, consistent with project needs. •Assist in bringing EPC Contractors’ Interface Agreements to Approved and Closed status. Assist in conflict resolution regarding EPC Contractors’ Interface Agreements. Identify and escalate interface matters that are not being resolved by parties who have Interface Agreements. •Participate with EPC Contractors in resolution of tie-in problems and discrepancies in order to ensure the resolution complies with project specification requirements and meets functional and safety objectives •Support mechanical completions efforts and coordinates with PMT Completions Group for the effective planning and tracking of key activities required for Project Infrastructure/WWTP Mechanical Acceptance and Handover •Interacts effectively with QG management and external stakeholders, including statutory auditors, shareholder auditors and other entities to discuss project practices and issues.
