Position Summary:
Business Development Manager will have develop and nurture leads and turn them into completed orders/contracts
Role Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Achieving assigned sales quota for the year
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Team Organization:
Reporting to: General Manager
Team Structure: The BDM will manage a team of 1-2 sales executives.
Other Interactions:
BDM will coordinate with all major EPCs like Samsung, SEPCO, JGC, Hyundai, MDR etc for pre-qualifying and registration where required. High-level interaction may be required with Aramco, SABIC and other project owners.
Working Hours:
Expected to work 5days/week
Travel Requirement:
As required by work, mostly within KSA.
Other Requirements:
Shall have relevant sales experience, contacts and previous history in O&G;, P&W;, Petrochemicals, Minning and infrastructure sectors. In addition to this the candidate shall have following skills;
