الوصف الوظيفي Provide leadership level technical consultancy and expertise for Microsoft Dynamics Products. Mainly focusing on Dynamics AX 2012, Dynamics 365 for operations, and other Dynamics 365 products with regards to deployment, implementation, development, upgrade and support to our new and existing customers nationwide. Understand all the required functionalities and business process of the client from ERP Functional consultant Deploy on-cloud Dynamics 365 project environments on Life cycle services (LCS). Execute full cycle of Installation, configuration and deployment of Dynamics 365 for operations (on premise) project environment including Life cycle services (LCS) account management. Manage client Life cycle services (LCS) environments. This includes backup and restore between development/test (DEV), User acceptance test (UAT) and production environments. Conduct analysis sessions to gather technical requirements for installation Prepare technical design documents (TDD) for the project Conduct technical training sessions and collect client’s feedback Prepare technical training materials/user manuals for end-user Team player and supportive to other consultants Demonstrate the capacity to plan, prioritize and organize their time, project schedules and multiple project activities المهارات Positive attitude , Excellent communication and listening skills, Excellent time management Excellent command in English, Excellent written business English 4 to 6 years’ experience تفاصيل الوظيفة
