On behalf of a Holding Group, we are hiring a Real Estate Development Manager for their Head office in the eastern province.
You will be responsible for the coordination of the planning, development, and delivery of his assigned projects. This role includes assembling and leading complex teams of designers, developers and construction professionals through the life cycle of the project. Continuous alignment of the design and development with the financial objectives will be key, along with the ability to support the organization and its associates business plan (residential, hospitality, support retail & leisure, pricing & research, initiatives) in the execution of the respective development plans with respect to all registered projects.
Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
Integrates financial data for multiple projects.
Compares financial data for practice to that of other practices and seeks ways to maximize revenue.
Evaluated new real estate investment opportunities including location appraisal, prepare preliminary financial analysis and development brief.
Prepare a business plan for each development opportunity
Responsible for overseeing the BD & investment portfolio including real estates listed equities
Applied value engineering practices effectively to reduce project costs.
Responsible for preparing RFP’s for different services needed in real estate development.
Responsible for budgeting, allocation of resources, Prioritization, Delegation, Integration of project scheduling, controlling, risk identification and management, and projects delivery management
Develop monthly reports regarding development status, budget Vs actual, update feasibility studies, etc.
Monitor and manage all aspects of the project.
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering or Architecture.
Minimum of 10 years related and relevant experience.
Project experience from a Real Estate / Property developer
People management

Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic and English
