الوصف الوظيفي Progressive recruitment is looking for a MRICS / RICS Quantity Surveyor to represent a Project & Cost Management Consultant who will be seconded into their end clients office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The role will be working 5 days per week and is a residential position, working and living In KSA. This would be an immediate start with the project likely to run until the end of December 2020 but could extend. Background and profile we are looking for: Experience required for this position A chartered QS who is an expert in Contracts, Variation Review & Claim Assessment on the same or similar projects to Hotel / Hospitality refurbishment. KSA & Middle East experience is a great advantage. Other details: As this is a 9 - 12 month contract starting quick, we are ideally looking for a QS who is readily available in the local area. The role will require a face to face interview, so being based in Riyadh now would be a great advantage but not essential. Riyadh being a very well developed city, we will be looking for an expat who is happy to handle their own accommodation / transport when in country. We will provide an “all in” monthly rate along with medical, VISA & flights. Exciting opportunity to join a international company working in a rapidly growing city.
