BUSINESS PROCESS MAPPING

· Analyse the structure and flow of the business’ work to identify possible application solutions.

· Provide IT solutions to automate manual process with best practices.

· Provide technical expertise in the development of new and existing applications

· Identify suitable new and emerging technologies and develop business cases

DEVELOP BUSINESS REPORT

· Develop business application report for business requirement

DEVELOP BUSINESS PLATFORM

· Develop Business Application and provide expertise for the Oracle Fusion Software and associated products.

IDENTIFY GAP ANALYSIS

· Analyse current system processes and design functional requirement

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

· Lead the IT business application projects and implementation to ensure successful delivery.

· Lead a team of IT specialists responsible for implementing and upgrading system application software.

SUPERVISION

· Organize regular meetings with ERP Administrator and System Administrator to understand issues and requirement raised by the business users.

· Provide training and best practices to subordinate

SUPPORT

· Manage and provide support for critical business application system

· Provide technical support and problem resolution related to business application software systems. Whenever there is a problem with the software, the Business System Officer or a member of their team will review the issue and come up with a solution.

المهارات
· The job holder is accountable to provide IT solutions to ZOSCO.

· Responsible for taking care of the project and implementing the system.

· The job holder must be knowledgeable in Enterprise /infrastructure/ application/ information architecture business analysis & business relationship management

· Communication Skills

· Knowledge of system design, implementation, and user support principles and practices.

· Familiarity with Project management principles.

· Experience with Information system troubleshooting.

· Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
