a) Develop and implement HR policies and procedures which ensure the company remains compliant with employment legislation and maintains competitive advantage through the implementation of best practice including absence, disciplinary, performance and grievance issues .
b) Partner with function heads in the company to implement HR initiatives.
c) Develop and ensure execution of functional people plans, capability building and workforce planning.
d) Ensure execution of employee change management initiatives by engaging the appropriate stakeholders.
e) Ensure the provision of support and guidance to management and employees on all employment matters to ensure HR best practice and legal compliance throughout the business
f) Lead and ensure full leverage of integrated people management processes to grow talent and drive performance.
g) Keep up-to-date with legislative changes as well as best practice and ensure that managers are aware of the changes Undertake casework of serious cases which may potentially become a risk to the reputation of the business.
h) Provide recommendation to enable consistency across function and organization to enable organizational effectiveness.
i) Monitor and control department budget.
j) Direct the development of annual plans for corporate HR functions.
k) Review and evaluate performance of staff to identify areas for improvement.
l) Develop and report on key metrics which measure HR related service levels are achieved and present the monthly KPI report for HR functions.
المهارات
Knowledge and Experience
• 10 -12 Years of experience in HRS Management
• In-depth knowledge of the following aspects of HR management is required: workforce planning, employee engagement, succession management, performance management, talent acquisition, retention and diversity and inclusion.
Education and Certifications
• BBA Degree in Business Administration
• Master Degree in business Administration preferable
• Certifications like CIPD, SHRM preferable

• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Excellent presentation skills
