Responsibilities:
● Work with multiple parties such as vendors, subject matter experts and technical leaders to propose and deliver an agreed setup for digital labs.
● Engage multiple vendors for the building phase of the digital labs and ensure technical teams are involved to ensure expectations are met.
● Ensure maintenance of the digital labs is as expected in a timely manner to ensure it serves its purpose (awareness of digitization technologies for employees and a platform for testing to be used by technical digital team)
● Work closely with digitization change management, education \ and communication teams to ensure digital labs are marketed for and that it is serving its purpose.
● Work closely with concerned teams to secure the needed space and other related requirements to secure the build and delivery of these digital labs.
● Keep up to date by self-learning and working closely with other technical leaders to ensure digital labs are up to date and also representative of the delivered, on-going and planned digital projects.
● Be knowledgle and able to present all implemented technologies in the digital labs.
● Be available and supportive of technical team requirements related to digital labs space taking into consideration approved internal processes.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Software, System or a related field.
● 7+ years’ engineering experience working within a global enterprise environment, preferably in petrochemicals or manufacturing.
