الوصف الوظيفي Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in UAE and now their first clinic in Saudi Arabia. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings. Duties & Responsibilities: They are hiring an Arabic speaking Purchasing Officer who will be responsible for the following: · Making the final determination of source of supply, quantities purchased delivery schedule and price negotiations. These decisions will be made in conjunction with Clinical & Medical, Administration, Finance and other departments, as appropriate; · Responsible for buying items – be it Medical Equipment, Medical Consumables, Stationary, Loose Furniture, Facility Consumables and services be assigned to a Procurement Department; · Handle negotiations, cost reduction and other purchasing techniques; · Provide service for the purchase of all above said to organization’s departments, with the objective that they will be available at the proper time, in the proper place, in quantity, quality and price consistent with the needs of the Facility. المهارات · Fluency in English & Arabic; · Cost cutting skills and experience; · Able to make positive decisions, take responsibility for actions, communicate with colleagues; · Ability to work under stress and to respond quickly in difficult situation. · Strong bargaining & follow up skills; · Self-motivated; · Microsoft Office competency in all platforms; Education & Qualifications: · Bachelor‘’’’s Degree in Medical field; · 2-3 years of experience in Procurement Department in a hospital in KSA; · Experience with hospital procurement (not only pharmacy procurement) is mandatory; · Valid KSA driving license; · Available in KSA, with transferable Iqama. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/purchasing-officer-4186018/ |
