Job Description and Requirements
Principal Objective: A brief summary of the responsibilities of the position

The Deputy Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for management of all operational, commercial and compliance issues on behalf of The Royal Commission Port Authority. He will also manage the assigned port operator within the maritime , quality, Health & Safety divisions.

Organizational Relationship: A brief synopsis of reporting relationships i.e., reports to, supports section, group, etc.; interfaces with senior management, clients, etc.

Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Will be responsible for the daily Interface with the Port Operators as well as internal and external stake holders. Environment, reporting services and IMO standers.
To assure the contract terms are fully respects and followed to the detail on daily basis.
