Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Turnaround office and Team.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for coordinating all departments of the company in order to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive.
2. Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date.
3. Performs regular audit on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other departments as per company policies and procedures.
4. Provide technical expertise, leadership and supervision of same discipline staff in the projects.
5. Make sure that all documents have no errors in file names, submissions, etc. prior to send to some departments if requested.
6. Responsible for validation of document controlling. Before submitting a document, it must be thoroughly checked and approved.
7. Performs evaluations and document audits for the whole company.
8. Assist in the preparation of procedure, system package for document controls.
