• Responsible for the coordination and supervision of scaffolding activities.
• Responsible for EH&S;compliance scaffolding contractors during Pre-TA, execution and post TA phase.
• Assist planning team in TA scaffolding scope definition and time estimate
• Paying attention to agreements made, materials used, quality, procedures and regulations
• Working closely with scaffolding sub-contractors/suppliers.
• Responsible for the provision of risk analysis and timely issuance of work permits.
• Provide support and advice to contractor companies to ensure international and company quality & scaffolding standards and drawings are followed.
• Monitor scaffolding team manpower levels
• Monitor training compliance of contractors.
• Advise Contractors of most efficient scaffolds use to increase overall productivity, progress and safety.
• Coach Contractor supervision and Inspection personnel to improve knowledge and competence.
• Advise Contractor teams of most efficient storage and transportation methods.
• Provide regular progress reports to management detailing contractor capacity and performance.
• Liaise between, Construction, Execution, HSE and Contractor teams to resolve site issues.
• Monitor and reports work activities and manpower requirements / resources to meet established completion dates, monitors craft personnel levels, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules.
• Work with contractor personnel to compile man-hour estimates.
• Attend meetings during Pre-Turnaround, execution & Post TA.
• Audit scaffolds for compliance with standards .
• Monitor all scaffold work and allocate resource across TA to ensure critical path work resourced.
• Ensure any punch-items are completed as quick as possible in post TA.
• Participate in lessons learned session.
• Work with planners to implement Scaffold needs in Job Packages
• Review engineering scaffold documentation
• Review workers certifications
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.
