To provide supervision and guidance to all assigned Maintenance Planners in support of the turnaround activities along with directly plan key/critical work scope.
Ensuring activities are planned / executed safety and that quality, cost controls, and schedule requirements are met per the department / facility processes and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Comply with all relevant Safety Gl’s and Procedures.
Ensure safety goals are met, developing new goals as necessary to meet the challenge .
Lead by example, performing safety audits, communicating both positive reinforcement and opportunities for improvement.
Review and communicate safety topics, and lessons learned with all team members.
Set & communicate work standards & expectations.
Lead by example, in both word and deed, to build a team environment built on trust and integrity.
Develop strong relationships with customers & know your direct reports.
Ensure direct reports have clear expectation & hold individuals accountable.
Empower personnel (leadership, developing solutions, creating sound work processes, etc.).
Understand and implement government, industry and company regulatory requirements as relates to work practices.
Ensure team members are qualified/trained in internal and TAPS work processes/requirements.
Ensure required reports and KPl’s are submitted in a timely fashion.
Ensure compliance with Maintenance procedures/document review schedule for documents under his control.
Lead by example in the execution of planning/scheduling practices per Maintenance procedures/processes/practices.
Conduct KPI presentation with Maintenance & Operation.
Implement processes and systems that ensure “Best in Class” level of maintenance performance, including all essential reliability and maintenance elements, KPI’s and organization with a highest level of skill.
Role model to department in efficiency and removing hurdles to achieve goals.
Optimize manpower and other resources
Effectively manage overtime.
To assure compliance with all PSM reports.
Understand TAPS deliverables, and able to work with TA Coordinator/ Others to have quality/ timely results
Identify opportunities in the organization / with personnel to improve overall knowledge and effectiveness
Work closely with other departments to identify his customer’s needs, groups opportunities, as well as communicate the Turnaround team’s expectations to achieve S-Chem’s goals
Work with Vendors and Contractors to ensure their fair treatment and the best services/support for S-Chem.
المهارات
Must possess sound knowledge of maintenance work processes, plant procedures, planning/scheduling, reliability, contract and materials procurement strategy and EHS requirements.
Must have demonstrated leadership, team building and conflict resolution skills.
Must be able to effectively handle many competing priorities and with limited supervision
Must possess strong coaching, mentoring skills and capable of influencing others
Must demonstrate experience in managing multiple assignments, people, and projects, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Self-starter with presentation, planning, communications, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
Must exhibit and have demonstrated Process and Personnel safety leadership and have an excellent safety record, adhere to and promote use of tenets of operation and ICARE
