Project management and lead change initiatives to improve how we operate in our stores, whilst continually looking for ways to better serve our customers and improve profit and performance.
المهارات
A minimum of 3 years working in a similar role.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A proven track record managing change projects within a large organization.
Creativity and flair along with an excellent eye for detail.
The ability to work through ambiguity.
A real passion and energy for retail.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential.
Must have experience working with VM and product merchandising.
Proven track record delivering projects.
Comfortable with ambiguity.
Able to spot opportunities and develop work flow to improve.
Comfortable networking across a large organization to deliver result
