Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
Work closely with Information Technology professionals within the company to ensure hardware is available for projects and working properly
Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution

8+ years design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications
Experience in presenting to small and large audiences
4+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and security and networking
3+ years of solid hands on implementation experience in Java spring Boot, containers kubernetes and Micro Services
5+ years of experience in process automation and BPM2.0 implementations
Industry expert in at least one particular domain, vertical and/or platform: DevOps, Containers, Databases, Analytics, Big Data, Machine Learning, Serverless computing etc.
5+ years of Experience developing large scale application architectures to meet business requirements in complex environments
Solid experience in Identity Management, CRM, Billing, E-commerce, workflow and Rule engines
Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud· Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
New technologies (blockchain, AI , ML, IoT) hands on is a plus
Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with customers, executives, IT management, and engineers
Strong written communication skills.
High level of comfort communicating effectively across internal and external organizations.
Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
Experience in software engineering and design architecture
Positive outlook in meeting challenges and working to a high level
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
