ROLE PURPOSE
The role holder is responsible to ensure all required operations coordination is processed efficiently to deliver high-quality services to the customers and ensure safety and security including baggage handling, cleaning, operators/Drivers, and general staff duties in order to provide safe and efficient aircraft servicing.
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Coordinate daily operational needs; Airline’s flight provisions. cleaning equipment, materials and supplies, assignment, and distribution of workloads basing on requirements.
Responsible for proactively Supervising safety & security processes and procedures to comply with SGS’s standards.
Ensure communication with operations teams/dispatch in the event of delays to take the needed actions to ensure consistent delivery against all standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Coordinate the operations of non-technical servicing of the aircraft ensuring adherence to timelines and quality of flight operations.
Ensures operations are organized in an effective manner making the optimum use of available resources. personnel as well as equipment.
Ensures that GSE Operators/Drivers General Workers reports on time (Prior to the arrival of Aircraft)
Ensure to secure all the Motorized/Non-motorized GSE at the airside operation.
Observe driver’s movements to avoid any delay in baggage/Cargo delivery.
Ensure Strictly all the offloaded baggage/Cargo to deliver within the standard time frame.
Ensure The baggage /ULD intended for transport is the right one for the flight
Ensure to apply all the safety/security standards while on duty.
