ROLE PURPOSE
The role holder is responsible for equipment operating in GSE operations on the ramp includes checking of equipment serviceability and reporting the defective equipment to maintenance and the activities of loading & offloading in accordance to the loading instruction and standards.
ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational
Operates Ground Support Vehicles including but not limited to motorized I non-motorized equipment vehicles in order to provide efficient and timely service for flight operations on the ramp.
Adhere to the safety and operation standards laid down in the SGS and Customer Airline manuals.
Ensures that vehicles J equipment are marshaled in and out to and from the aircraft in a safe manner.
Ensures the equipment I vehicles are maintained properly including fueling them where necessary to ensure the equipment is in a ready state for operations.
Provides guidance and work directions to junior operators and trains them in implementing safe and proper procedures.
Coordinates with team members to ensure smooth operations of non-technical aircraft servicing.
Maintains a safe and secure working environment, whilst consistently delivering an operation to the highest standards.
Use of equipment in accordance with the manufacturer and company policies.
Responsible for reporting to Ramp Foreman whenever servicing has been completed on assign flights. 10. Ensures all discrepancies I malfunctions while servicing aircraft, inform Ramp Coordinator I Supervisor on duty for follow-up and report any accident or Incident on the Ramp
Responsible to comply strictly with safety rules and regulations in driving and when servicing the aircraft.
Responsible for reporting to Operation Coordinator any malfunction of equipment when servicing the aircraft.

Bachelor’s degree
Years of experience
0 - 2 Years’ of relevant experience.
Professional Certifications Required
Must have a valid (license or licenses) to perform his job.
English proficiency level: Intermediate
